I am delighted to share that I was recently featured on the Global Careers Calls Podcast, a series by the University of London Careers Service that highlights the journeys of alumni and professionals from around the world.
As a proud University of London alumnus and the Founder of Atlas SoftWeb and CrossTrip, it was a privilege to reflect on my entrepreneurial journey, discuss the challenges and opportunities that come with building a business, and share insights for students and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Like many entrepreneurs, my journey did not begin with a detailed business plan or a roadmap to success. It started with a passion for technology, a desire to solve problems, and the willingness to take calculated risks.
Over the years, that passion evolved into Atlas SoftWeb, a digital solutions company that has helped businesses across the globe with web development, digital marketing, and technology consulting. Along the way, I also ventured into the travel industry through CrossTrip, expanding my understanding of business, customer experience, and brand building.
The journey has been filled with valuable lessons, challenges, failures, and successes—each contributing to personal and professional growth.
During my conversation with Rosie Hong Baber from the University of London Careers Service, we explored several themes that are highly relevant in today’s rapidly changing professional landscape.
Technology continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace. What works today may become obsolete tomorrow.
One of the key messages I shared during the podcast is the importance of adaptability. Whether you are a student, employee, freelancer, or entrepreneur, continuous learning is no longer optional—it is essential.
The rise of artificial intelligence, automation, cloud technologies, and digital transformation is reshaping industries worldwide. Professionals who remain curious and adaptable will be best positioned to thrive in the future.
Many people focus heavily on products and services but underestimate the power of branding.
A strong brand creates trust, differentiates a business from competitors, and helps establish long-term customer relationships. At Atlas SoftWeb, branding has played a crucial role in helping us build credibility and attract opportunities from clients around the world.
Your personal brand can be just as important as your business brand. The way you communicate, deliver value, and build relationships significantly influences your career growth.
Entrepreneurship is often portrayed as a destination, but in reality, it is an ongoing journey of learning and adaptation.
Every project, client interaction, and business challenge presents an opportunity to improve. Success rarely happens overnight. It is built through consistency, resilience, and a willingness to evolve.
Throughout the podcast, I discuss some of the practical lessons that helped me navigate the entrepreneurial landscape and scale my businesses over time.
For students considering entrepreneurship or preparing for future careers, I would offer three pieces of advice:
The world is changing rapidly. Cultivate a habit of continuous learning and remain open to new ideas, technologies, and opportunities.
Successful businesses are built around solving real problems. Rather than chasing trends, focus on creating genuine value for people.
Your network can become one of your most valuable assets. Invest time in building authentic professional relationships and learning from others’ experiences.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the University of London Careers Service and Rosie Hong Baber for providing this opportunity.
The University of London played an important role in my educational journey, and it is truly an honour to contribute back by sharing experiences that may help current students and fellow alumni.
Looking back, entrepreneurship has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It has challenged me, taught me resilience, and provided countless opportunities for growth.
I hope this podcast offers valuable insights to students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and professionals navigating their own career journeys.
Thank you for listening, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the episode.
